Saving of expensive fuel and electric energy thanks to magnetizers
1. FARMING VEHICLES.
The researches carried out on the engine test bench with the water brake of Schenck Dynabar D360 IE type (produced in Germany) of the Leyland SW 400 engine (applied, among others, in combine harvesters, fishing boats etc.), confirmed the saving of fuel of 11 – 14 % and the lack of negative effect on the working life of its parts. The maximum torque and power increased by 8%. The greatest effects were observed at the significant load of the engine, and that is how the farming vehicles operate. It is confirmed by the opinions of the users, whose tractors, combine harvesters, chaff-cutters etc., of all basic makes, have been equipped with magnetizers for several years.
Likewise, the complete sets of magnetizers for passenger cars, delivery trucks and lorries allow to save 14 % of the fuel. We are in the possession of many professional tests.
2. DRYING PLANTS, BOILER PLANTS, HEATERS.
Fuel magnetizers installed in front of the burners of the grain drying plants caused the decrease of consumption of heating oil and propane-butane by 10-12%. The costs of purchase are refunded within short period of time. Likewise, the modernization of oil-fired and gas-fired boiler plants in the meat processing plants etc. reveal the significant increase of the combustion efficiency after 30 minutes from the moment of installing the ECOMAGs ®. Here’s the fragment of one of the evaluations : „ The combustion efficiency of the modern oil-fired boiler plants after installing the ECOMAGs increased from 85 % to 93 % and the soot from the combustion chamber has disappeared”.
3. WATER SYSTEM.
On a farm, the water of good quality is necessary for, among others, spraying trees and plants, drinking-troughs and for the house. Magnetic processing of water prevents the formation of boiler fur and dissolves the previously formed deposits on the pipe walls, heaters and pipe coils. The deposits obstruct the heat exchange, whereas thanks to their dissolution by ECOMAGS a faster heating of water occurs in the heaters, boilers, washing machines and dishwashers. Therefore we save gas, oil or electric energy. Likewise the water pumps, operating in the system without deposits require less electric energy.
Thanks to magnetizers, the physical parameters of water like surface tension, oxygenation are altered and the pH is stabilized. Such water facilitates the assimilation of alimentary substances from the fodder by animals and enables more precise mixing with sprays.
