| The
goal of the exploitation tests included the examination of the
functioning of FE fuel multimag magnetizers and AE air multimag
magnetizers in various types of passenger cars equipped with modern
multi-point fuel injection engineers and the quantity determination of
changes in the emission of CO. HC, as well as the consumption of fuel
in exploitation conditions. |

Test
without limitations
|
|
The
subject matter of the test included FE fuel multimag magnetizers,
as well as AE air multimag magnetizers, worked .out by Japanese,
Swedish, and Polish scientists, covered by the patent protection in
Europe No. EPP 964994 and possessing the US patent No. 6.143.045,
installed in the following cars:
|
|
1.
Mitsubishi Galant, production year 1995, capacity 1800cm3,
mileage 64,000km,
2. Toyota Carina, production year 1996, capacity 1800cm3,
mileage 113,000km,
3. Renault Classic, production year 1997, capacity 1600m3,
mileage 37,000km,
4. Honda Civic, production year 1993, capacity 1500cm3,
mileage 129,000km,
5. Honda Accord, production year 1995, capacity 2200cm3,
mileage 121,000km,
6. Opel Zafira, production year 2000, capacity 2500cm3,
mileage 5,000km.

The tests were conducted at the Car Servicing Station of Automobilklub
Wielkopolski in Poznań, ul. Towarowa 35/37, while the measurement
apparatus included the multi-element analyzer of combustion gases Gats
1000 NGD. factory number 221924910076. The fuel consumption was tested
with the method of a complete fuel tank applied during exploitation
rides, according to the by-laws worked out by the Group of Experts from
Polski Związek Motorowy. Every driver used the car according to his
style of driving, without any limitations. Multimag magnetizers were
installed in six tested cars in April and May 2000. The tests were
completed onNovember 15th, 2000. The average mileage with the multimag
equipment amounted to 4266km. Detailed mileages of individual cars are
provided in the table of results of the tests.
Considerable drops in the emission of CO and HC after the installation
of multimags confirm an improvement in the process of the combustion of
the fuel and air mixture in the engine chamber and a smaller load for
the catalysts completing the combustion of the fuel in the gas form
outside the engine. According to statements of the drivers, the tested
cars were used in 55-60% in city conditions and 40-45% in conditions
outside cities.

Conclusions
|
|
The
present conditions are a result of the joint evaluation by
specialists mechanicians and diagnostic specialists from Automobilklub
Wielkopolski, as well as experienced users of the tested cars equipped
with multimag magnetizers The conscience of the prestige and tradition
of Automobilklub Wielkopolski as the organization functioning in the
automotive branch in Poland for almost 80 years since 1923, forced us
to check the tests several times and cover as many as six different
cars with them to be sure that the results of the tests and conclusions
concerning effects of the application of Multimag magnetizers are
objectively justified.
Exploitation tests lasting over six months allow us state the following:
• A considerable reduction in the fuel consumption (10-14%)
was noted in all the tested cars equipped with multimags,
• The emission of CO in idle running reduced on the average by
as much as 95.7%,
• The mission of HC dropped on the average by 85%,
• The examination of the emission of CO and HC with increased
rotations of the engine within 2400-2500 rotations/min indicated merely
trace quantities of the gases, so we gave up their presentation in the
table of results attached hereto.
Users of the tested cars also stated the following after the
installation of multimags:
• A more stable and regular functioning of the engine,
• An increase in the dynamic character of the car and an
improvement in the engine's elasticity,
• An increase in the maximal speed of the cars by ca.
10km/hour.
|
|
The
results of the emission of CO and HC during diagnostic tests and
the opinions confirmed by experience drivers in reference to a
significant reduction in the fuel consumption, as well as an
improvement of traction parameters of the cars, are also confirmed by
other users of cars taking advantage of services of the Car Servicing
Station of Automobilklub Wielkopolski
